Make a complaint

Every member of staff should aim to resolve issues first time, every time. If an issue has not been resolved when it is first brought to our attention then it becomes a formal complaint.

We will aim to resolve your complaint within 5 working days of receiving it. If we cannot get back to you within that time, we will contact you and explain why and tell you how long it will take.

Web forms are sent to the relevant staff usually within 24 hours of you sending it. Please call us or email if you’d like us to receive it faster.
